Terms

Consultation:

After our initial consultation a quotation will be sent over to you via email. This is a guide price as you may make changes closer to your wedding date.

Booking and deposit:

I require a deposit of £250 to hold and book your wedding date. 1 month prior to your wedding date the remaining balance will be paid in full.

Once you have confirmed and paid your deposit a phone call or meeting will be arranged depending on location. This is to be arranged approximately three months prior to your wedding date, which will finalise arrangements and discuss any last minute changes if needed.

Flowers are ordered 14 days before your wedding or event date. If changes have to be made after they have been arranged then additional charges will be incurred. However we may be able to make small changes to accommodate your needs.

Flowers and Props:

Collection of flowers, props and hired items to be arranged prior to the event.
All hired items are to be paid for in full if any losses or breakages.

Please be mindful that fresh flowers are a living product and are dependent on weather conditions and influences beyond our control. On exceptionally rare occasions we may have to substitute a specific flower. In this event, the integrity of the proposed colour scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used. You will be notified of any adjustments.

Cancellations:

For any reason should you decide to cancel your wedding your deposit is non refundable.

Complete cancellation of the wedding must be advised so in writing.

If for any unforeseen circumstances out of our control we have to cancel your order i;e accident, injury or bereavement we reserve the right to find substitute companies or freelancers to fulfil your order. If then we are still unable to fulfil your order a full refund will be made.

Photography:

We reserve the right to take photographs of flowers and the setting prior to the wedding or event which may be used for promotional purposes.
